# Conversation Logs

> Enable and access inbound customer messaging logs for SMS and WhatsApp channels to track customer-initiated replies.

Conversation Logs enables you to view all the customer replies received via SMS and WhatsApp.

To enable it,

Go to Workspace Settings.

Select Add-Ons.

Enable the toggle in Conversation Logs.

Once its enabled, you will be able to view all the responses sent by your customers under Logs -> Inbound. You can read about Inbound logs [here](./inbound-logs).
