# Release Notes

> Here, you'll find detailed release notes for every version update, including new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and improvements.

## September 28, 2026

## 26.3.6

This release adds two AI assists: a handlebar generator that turns a plain-language description into working syntax, and SMS credit optimization that flags external templates costing more than one credit and suggests shorter DLT-compliant content. It also introduces a real-time dashboard for watching notification traffic as it happens, and gives you finer control over Do Not Disturb.

Log Details now shows throttling attempts, workflow event nodes link straight to event analytics, and we've clarified labels in voice templates and delivery rate charts, alongside fixes to the Sent Logs date filter, the Cost Analytics view selector, WhatsApp previews in live logs, DLT template options, and workflows that could not be saved on non-Meta WhatsApp providers.

### 🚀 New features

#### AI handlebar generator

Describe what you need in plain language and Fyno AI writes the handlebar, with a sample output so you can check it before copying. Available wherever handlebars can be entered, and you can regenerate with feedback if it isn't right.

[Read more](/docs/templates-handlebars)

#### AI SMS credit optimization

External SMS templates now carry a live character counter and flag content that will cost more than one credit. Fyno AI suggests a shorter DLT-compliant version, and can send it straight to DLT for approval where an integration is configured.

[Read more](/docs/external-templates/sms/create-and-configure-sms-external-template#reduce-credits-with-fyno-ai)

#### Real-time dashboard

Watch notification traffic as it happens, over a rolling 5 to 60 minute window that refreshes every 10 seconds. Status counts, trend cards, delivery rates and channel charts, with full screen, a timezone clock and shareable views. Currently in Beta.

[Read more](/docs/real-time-dashboard)

#### DND for notification event groups

Notification Event Groups can now override workspace-level DND, either with custom hours or by skipping DND entirely. Events without a group override follow the workspace configuration.

[Read more](/docs/delivery-limit#group-based-dnd)

#### DND violation alarms

Alarms now fire when messages are dropped or queued during a DND window, so a delivery interruption caused by your DND configuration surfaces immediately.

[Read more](/docs/alarms)

#### DND compliance report

Report Extraction now includes a DND Logs report covering notifications processed during a DND period, along with their delivery information.

[Read more](/docs/report-extraction)

### ⚡ Enhancements

#### Logs: Throttling details in Log Details

A throttled notification is now marked **Throttling Enabled** in the trace on the [Log Details](/docs/sent-log-details) panel. Select **View Details** to see every delivery attempt with its timestamp, so you can tell how long a message was held and how many times it was retried.

#### Workflows: Open event analytics from a node

Event nodes now carry an analytics icon button that opens the [analytics page](/docs/notification-event-analytics) for that event directly, so you no longer have to leave the workflow and find the event by hand while troubleshooting.

The button appears only when the node is selected, keeping unselected nodes uncluttered.

#### Dashboard: Clearer label for notifications without an Analytics Label

In the Delivery Rate and Delivery Rate Expanded charts, notifications with no [Analytics Label](/docs/analytics-label) attached now use a properly formatted label consistent with the rest of the chart, replacing the plain "No analytics label" text.

A tooltip reads **Notifications with no Analytics Label attached**, so it's clear what the segment represents.

#### Voice templates: Override IVR/Flow/Bot ID

The **Override IVR/Flow ID** setting in a [Voice template's](/docs/template-creation-voice) Additional Settings is now **Override IVR/Flow/Bot ID**, with the tooltip updated to match. The setting has always supported overriding a Bot ID; the label now says so.

| ---------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Sent Logs** | The date and time range filter did not apply correctly to the log list. |
| **Logs** | WhatsApp previews in live logs did not render correctly. |
| **External Templates** | **Service Explicit** was offered as an option when creating a [DLT template](/docs/dlt-sms-templates) and has been removed. The Promotional description now reads on its own instead of referring to Service Explicit. |
| **Cost Analytics** | The view selector in the Details drawer showed the default view but would not switch. You can now move between the Provider, Integration, Group and Analytics Label views. |
| **Workflows** | Saved [condition](/docs/workflows/nodes-and-actions/conditions) data was not restored when a workflow was reopened, leaving the condition forms blank even though the configuration had been saved. |
| **Workflows** | Workflows using WhatsApp providers other than Meta, Meta Direct and Meta Direct Plus could not be saved, even when the [Typing Indicator](/docs/workflows/nodes-and-actions/typing-indicator) widget wasn't in the workflow. The provider check now applies only where the widget is actually used. |

## September 14, 2026

## 26.3.5

This release brings the full notification route into Log Details, adds the ability to reveal masked data while troubleshooting, introduces a typing indicator widget for incoming WhatsApp workflows, and brings cohort-based previews to campaign configuration.

We've also added change logs for team member activity, reworked chart view selection across Dashboard, Event and Campaign Analytics, carried log filters through to report downloads, expanded cost analytics filtering and country-level visibility, and standardized campaign counts and terminology, while resolving issues across SAML sign-in, route deletion, omni-channel route loading, WhatsApp test log previews, and campaign analytics date ranges.

### 🚀 New features

#### Notification route

Log Details now shows the full path a notification took across channels and providers. A message that failed with one provider and then succeeded with another no longer appears as a single outcome, switch between steps to see the trace, response and delivery details for each.

#### Reveal masked data

With Data Masking enabled, use **Reveal Masked Details** to unmask values while you troubleshoot, then **Mask Sensitive Details** to hide them again. Available on all logs pages and in the Log Details panel.

#### Typing indicator

Show the recipient that a reply is being prepared. The indicator is sent in the context of the message they sent, so it appears within the conversation. Incoming workflows only, on **Meta**, **Meta Direct** or **Meta Direct Plus** numbers.

[Read more](/docs/workflows/nodes-and-actions/typing-indicator)

#### Preview with cohort data

The Campaign Configuration page now previews your message using real data from the selected cohort, covering the first 10 rows. Test sends replace placeholders with your test values rather than cohort data.

#### Team change logs

Team settings now record member activity, when a member is invited, when a role is changed, and when an add-on policy is added or removed.

### ⚡ Enhancements

#### Combined chart heading and filter — Analytics

Chart headings and their filters are now a single dropdown across the Dashboard, Event Analytics and Campaign Analytics pages. Each option carries the complete chart title, WhatsApp Delivery Status rather than a Delivery Status heading with a separate WhatsApp filter, so the heading no longer changes when you select a filter. Tooltips point out the new dropdown.

Applies to the Delivery Status, Provider Performance, Delivery Rate, Provider Latency and Activity Trend charts, and to the expanded SMS Credits, WhatsApp Delivered, Email Delivered and RCS Delivered cards.

Workspace Delivery Rates is now available as a Delivery Rate option on the Central Dashboard.

#### Filters applied to report downloads — Logs

Filters applied on the Logs page now carry through to the **Download Report** dialog, so the report matches the view you were looking at. Applied filters appear under **Optional Additional Filters** with a count of how many are active, and can be changed before downloading.

You can filter by Status, Analytics Label, Group, Template, Notification Event, Campaign, Channel, Provider, Integration, Destination and Distinct ID. Destination and Distinct ID accept multiple comma-separated values.

#### Standardized counts and file details terminology — Campaigns

> **Changed behavior**
>
> The Campaigns listing page now shows **Total**, **Valid**, **Invalid** and **Duplicate** counts. Channel-wise counts have moved to Campaign Analytics.

Total/Base counts have been added to the Campaign Details page, and channel-wise recipient counts now appear in Campaign Analytics — headed **Total Recipients** when duplicates are enabled, and **Recipients** when duplicates are excluded, which is the default. Large counts use compact formatting (K, L, Cr), with the exact value on hover.

File details now use the same terminology immediately after upload as on the Campaign Details page.

#### Unformatted destination for dropped messages — Logs

> **Changed behavior**
>
> Mobile numbers are no longer formatted on the Logs page when a message is dropped because the destination is invalid.

The number is displayed exactly as supplied, so you can identify the value that caused the failure. Applies to SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and Voice. Formatting is unchanged for all other scenarios.

#### Complete country breakdown — Cost Analytics

Country breakdowns in the Cost Analytics drawer now list individual countries instead of grouping them under **Others**. The top 10 are shown by default; expand the table to reveal the rest, and collapse it again when you're done. The existing country ranking is preserved.

Available for Providers, Integrations, Analytics Labels and Groups, across both SMS and WhatsApp.

#### Filters for SMS, WhatsApp and Email — Cost Analytics

The SMS, WhatsApp and Email cost analytics detail views can now be filtered by Providers, Integrations, Analytics Labels and Groups, with counts updating to match your selection.

#### Clearer Provider Latency tooltips — Dashboard

Provider Latency tooltips now describe what each bucket measures instead of using generic labels. For **Accepted** notifications the tooltip reads as provider response time (*Provider response \< 1 second*); for **Delivered** notifications it reads as time to deliver (*Delivered in \< 1 second*). Buckets remain \< 1 second, 1–5 seconds and > 5 seconds, each with its count and percentage.

#### Feedback ID for email — Templates

The email override section in templates now includes an optional **Feedback ID** field, alongside From Name, From Email, Reply To, Cc and Bcc.

#### Search in group navigation — Groups

The group navigation on the Templates, Notification Events and Workflows listing pages now includes a search bar when a workspace has more than 10 groups.

#### Search and improved editing — Analytics Labels

Analytics labels can now be searched and edited from the label list. The **Add** button stays fixed as you scroll, the list scrolls to a newly added label, and field labels are hidden once a value is entered.

#### Clearer template selection sub-text — Notification Events

The sub-text in the Template Selection section now reads **"Use a single template or use multiple templates conditionally"**, making it clear that you can pick one template or configure several based on conditions.

#### Standardized date pickers — Platform

Date picker behavior and appearance are now consistent across the platform, and disabled dates are more prominent in light mode.

#### Updated product videos — Onboarding

Refreshed the product videos used in the onboarding experience.

### 🛠 Bug fixes

| Area                    | Fix                                                                                                                                                                                               |
| ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **SAML** | Signing in while an active session existed ran profile and workspace requests against the previous, now-invalid access token and signed the user out. A second login attempt is no longer needed. |
| **Routes** | Single channel routes could not be deleted. |
| **Omni-Channel Routes** | Clicking a channel node on first load did not load its integration or routing configuration — it appeared only after reopening the node. |
| **Notification Events** | A template created from within a notification event did not populate in the event's template field. |
| **Campaigns** | The Campaign Analytics link for a throttled campaign used a default three-day end date, cutting off analytics for longer throttling periods. It now uses the campaign's throttle end date. |
| **Logs** | WhatsApp previews in test logs showed raw escaped placeholders. Test logs now apply the same Handlebars processing as live logs. |
| **Workflows** | The widget panel on the left of the canvas was hidden when the canvas behind it was full. It now has a background. |
| **Profile** | User profile details on the left were not visible on smaller screens. |

## August 31, 2026

## 26.3.4

This release introduces AI-powered autofill for template sample values, adds OAuth authentication support for Allowlist, and brings cost analytics and richer event insights to the Dashboard.

We've also improved event routing recommendations, clarified provider latency reporting, and refined WhatsApp external template naming, while resolving issues across Allowlist payload handling, template renaming, DLT registration, and Excel campaign uploads to improve accuracy and reliability.

### 🚀 New Feature

**Templates – AI-Powered Autofill for Sample Values**

* You can now use **Auto-fill Samples** to automatically populate realistic sample values for template placeholders when testing or previewing a template.
* AI detects placeholder names and surrounding template content to generate contextually relevant values, reducing the time and effort required to manually enter test data.
* Auto-filled values can be edited before running the test, giving you full control over the test data.

**Allowlist – OAuth Authentication Support**

* You can now create and save reusable OAuth configurations for OAuth-protected allowlisted endpoints.
* Configure OAuth credentials once and associate them with applicable allowlisted URLs, simplifying authentication setup within workflows.
* Use **Run Test** to validate the OAuth configuration before saving it and identify any authentication or configuration errors.
* OAuth configurations support Client Credentials grant type, custom headers, scopes, and audiences, with credentials such as client secrets handled securely.

**Dashboard – Cost Analytics and Improved Event Insights**

* Added **Cost Analytics** to the centralized dashboard for better visibility into notification costs.
* The Top Events views now display the associated Workspace Name and Event Type icons, making events easier to identify across workspaces.
* Added Event Type icons to the expanded Top Events view on workspace-specific dashboards for a more consistent analytics experience.

### ⚡ Feature Enhancement

**Events – Nudge to Use Omni-Channel Routes**

* Events now recommend using **Omni-Channel Routes** instead of single-channel routes or integrations.
* A confirmation prompt helps you review and confirm your choice when switching to a single-channel route.

**Dashboard – Improved Provider Latency Insights**

* Updated the **Provider Latency** chart to clearly indicate that it measures **Provider Callback Response Time**.
* The chart now clarifies that latency represents the time taken by providers to send delivery status callbacks to Fyno, avoiding confusion with the initial provider API response time.
* Retained the existing latency buckets: \< 1 second, 1–5 seconds, and > 5 seconds.

**External Templates – Updated Cloning Success Message**

* Updated the success toast message after cloning a WhatsApp external template to use the new **Cloning** terminology.
* The message now reads "Template cloning was successful" for a more consistent user experience.

### 🛠 Bug Fixes

**Allowlist – DLR Payload Representation**

* Updated the DLR payload handling in Allowlist to preserve nested JSON structures in the **JSON** view while continuing to display the flattened field structure in the **Form** view.
* Improved consistency when switching between JSON and Form views, ensuring the payload structure remains accurate and data is preserved.

**External Templates – Improved Rename Experience**

* Fixed an issue where the **Rename** dialog closed unexpectedly when a duplicate template name was entered.
* The dialog now remains open and displays the validation error, allowing you to correct the name and resubmit without restarting the flow.
* Renamed **Duplicate and Exit** to **Clone and Exit** for consistent terminology across WhatsApp external templates.

**DLT – Template Registration Issues**

* Added support for VILPower's new variable aliases: \{#alp#} and \{#num#}.
* Updated DLT SMS template creation and sync logic to use the new variable tokens.
* Added fallback mappings and sample value extraction for the updated parameter names.
* Resolved an issue that caused API requests to be rejected when using the previous variable format.
* DLT SMS templates can now be created and synced successfully with VILPower using the new variable syntax.

**Excel Upload – Campaign Upload Processing Fix**

* Fixed issues with Excel file uploads in campaigns to ensure uploaded files are processed correctly and reliably.

## August 17, 2026

## 26.3.3

* Select All Workspaces from the workspace switcher to view an aggregated dashboard with consolidated metrics such as Events Fired, Requested, Sent, Delivery Rate, and SMS credits used.
* Apply time range and Live/Test filters across all workspaces and use Show by workspace to view a workspace-level breakdown.

**Cost Analytics – Track Notification Costs by Channel and Provider**

* The dashboard now provides channel- and provider-wise notification counts as the first phase of cost analytics.
* For SMS, we display the credit based counts and for Email, you can view provider-wise sent and delivered counts.
* For WhatsApp, you can view delivered counts for Marketing, Utility, and Authentication messages.

**Workflows – Write Data Directly to Spreadsheets**

* Workflows now include a Spreadsheet widget that lets you write workflow data directly to Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* You can select the target spreadsheet and worksheet, map workflow variables to spreadsheet columns, and append new rows to existing spreadsheets.
* The widget also provides validation and error handling for spreadsheet write operations within the workflow.

### ⚡ Feature Enhancements

**Campaigns – More Accurate Progress Tracking**

* The campaign progress banner now accurately reflects the campaign's current execution status.
* This ensures it consistently displays the latest state of a running campaign.

**Magic Query – Ask in Plain English, Get the Query**

* Magic Query has been expanded to support natural-language queries across SQL and MongoDB databases.
* You can generate single-table SQL queries from natural-language prompts, create multi-table SQL queries using JOINs, and generate MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
* You can preview query results, refine or edit generated queries, and use the Explain option to understand what a generated query does in plain English.
* You can also save results as cohorts or create campaigns directly from the results and access query history for each database connection.

**WhatsApp External Templates – Easier Cloning**

* When duplicating a WhatsApp External Template, you can now add and edit the template name.
* The name is pre-populated with the original template name, making it easier to create multiple versions of a template.
* The Cloning option for External Templates has also been renamed to Clone to distinguish it from the duplicate-and-edit flow available for drafts.

**Analytics – More Ways to View Your Data in Dashboard, Notification Event, Campaign, Workflow**

* Campaign Analytics now provides additional ways to view and understand campaign performance.
* Counts have been added to the Events Fired chart, while table views are now available for Channel Engagement, Event Analytics, and Campaign Analytics.
* Chart controls have also been updated to make it easier to switch between number/percentage views and chart/table views.

### 🛠 Bug Fixes

**Test Runs – Loader Gets Stuck**

* Fixed an issue where the test loader could get stuck during execution, preventing the test run from progressing as expected.

**Go Live – Search Bar Text Cut Off**

* Fixed an issue where excessive padding in the Go Live search bar caused the placeholder text to be truncated.
* The complete search text is now visible across all Go Live tabs.

**Campaigns – Placeholders No Longer Editable**

* Event-based placeholders in campaigns are now disabled and cannot be edited.
* The background color has also been removed from campaign accordions for a cleaner interface.

**Users – Empty State Improvements**

* Fixed an issue where table headers and pagination were displayed when the Users list was empty. The same issue was also fixed in Preferences → User List.
* The illustration shown when no data is available in Preferences → User List has also been resized for a better user experience.

**WhatsApp External Templates – Preview Variables**

* Removed the \$ symbol from WhatsApp External Template preview variables.
* Placeholders now appear as \{\{1}} and \{\{2}} instead of \{\{$1\}\} and \{\{$2}}.

**WhatsApp External Templates – Improved Rename Experience**

* Renaming a WhatsApp external template is now more seamless.
* If you try to rename a template using a name that already exists, the rename dialog remains open and displays the validation error, allowing you to correct the name and try again without reopening the dialog.

**Campaigns – Improved Date Handling for Excel Uploads**

* Campaigns now preserve date values from uploaded Excel (.xlsx) files in a readable format instead of converting them to Excel serial numbers.
* Sample data extracted from uploaded files is also formatted correctly before being displayed in the campaign preview.
* This makes it easier to verify recipient data, mapped fields, and personalized content before launching a campaign.

### 🛠 Bug Fixes

* **Improved Template Grouping and Category Selection Logic**:
  * We’ve refined how external WhatsApp (WA) templates are managed to better handle multi-language scenarios:

  * **Template Grouping**:
    * Templates are still grouped by name.
    * Previously, templates with the same name but different languages and categories were grouped together without distinction. This behavior remains, but category handling has been improved.

  * **Smart Category Selection**:
    * If all existing language variants under a template name share the same category, that category will now be auto-selected by default when adding a new language.

  * **Category Conflict Handling**:

### 🔹 New Features

* **Email**

  * **Dynamic Email Attachments Mapping**: Email attachments now support a **Dynamic mode** that automatically processes attachment arrays without manual indexing.
  * Previously, users had to reference each attachment individually (e.g., `attachments.0.fileName`, `attachments.1.fileName`). With Dynamic mode, users define the field mapping once and the system iterates through the entire array to generate all attachments.
  * The previous behavior is preserved as **Fixed mode** to ensure full backward compatibility while simplifying configuration for payloads containing multiple attachments.

### ⚡ Feature Enhancements

* **Groups**

  * **Group Deletion**: A Delete option has been added to the group menu in the UI. When a group is deleted, it is removed from all associated templates, notification events, or workflows. A warning message informs the user about the impact before the action is executed.

* **Provider Callbacks**

  * **Additional Custom Field Support (custom3)**: Provider callbacks now support an additional configurable field `custom3` alongside `custom_id`, `custom1`, and `custom2`.
  * This field is available across Notification Events, Campaigns, and Workflows, and appears in payload previews and allowlisted endpoint deliveries.
  * Validation and payload behavior remain aligned with existing custom fields for backward compatibility.

* **Integrations – Meta Direct**

  * **MM Lite API Opt-In**: The “Use MM Lite API for marketing messages” option in Meta Direct and Meta Direct Plus integrations is now disabled by default. It must be explicitly enabled to use this API for marketing messages.

* **SMS Editor**

  * **Unicode Validation and Compilation**: The SMS editor now validates and compiles Unicode content before sending to detect encoding issues early, ensure accurate message segmentation, and prevent unexpected delivery behavior for non-Latin characters.

* **User Profiles**

  * **Clear Channel Status Indicators**: Push, In-App, and Web Push channels are now clearly shown as enabled or disabled even when configuration data exists on the profile. The profile listing now accurately reflects channel availability for a distinct ID.

* **Templates**

  * **Correct Placeholder Copy Format for Array Indexing**: Placeholders copied from the placeholder list now use bracket notation (e.g., `{{hello.[0]}}`) instead of dot notation (`{{hello.0}}`) to prevent Handlebars configuration errors.

### 🛠 Bug Fixes

* **Authentication**

  * **Generic Login Error Message**: Fixed an issue where the login form always displayed “Email or Password is invalid” regardless of the actual error. The UI now correctly reflects the specific error returned by the system.

* **User Profiles**

  * **Profile Page Crash**: Fixed a runtime error that occurred when opening the user profile page due to missing consent data initialization. The profile now loads reliably without console errors.

* **Campaigns**

  * **Google Sheet Download Fixed**: Files uploaded via Google Sheets during campaign creation can now be downloaded correctly.
  * **Improved Error Messaging**: Any errors encountered during campaign file download now return clearer and more accurate messages.

* **Templates**

  * **Persistent “New Placeholders Detected” Banner**: The banner now appears only when actual placeholder changes are detected.
  * **Strict Handlebars Template Validation**: Template validation now uses the same Handlebars parser and helper set as runtime delivery, rejecting invalid syntax and showing clear inline error messages before sending.

* **Notification Events Playground**

  * **Accurate Template Previews**: Conditional templates now render the correct variation based on provided values instead of always showing fallback content.

## February 2, 2026

  * **Verification Logs**: A new **Verification Logs** page has been added to track all TOTP verification attempts, including request details and verification outcomes.

### ⚡ Feature Enhancements

* **DLT Templates**

  * **Dynamic Variable Tagging for DLT Templates**: DLT templates now support typed variables (OTP, numeric, URL, email, and more) during creation and upload, preserving provider-specific variable formats. Fyno automatically maps these tagged variables to indexed placeholders and retains the mappings, enabling seamless template reuse and DLT compliance.

  * **Async Search for DLT Templates in SMS Editor**: You can now search and select DLT/Meta templates directly in the SMS editor using template name or ID, even if they’re not part of the initially loaded list. The editor dynamically fetches matching templates as you type, making template selection faster and more reliable.

* **Suppression List**

  * **Granular Suppression by Channel and Destination**: Suppression can now be configured at a channel level for specific users or destinations instead of relying only on global event types. This allows you to suppress Marketing messages while continuing OTP and Transactional traffic, or override global suppression rules for specific customers.

### 🛠 Bug Fixes

* **Templates**

  * **Template Sidebar Search Duplication**: Fixed an issue where searching for keys in the template sidebar caused duplicate entries to appear on repeated searches.

* **User Profiles**

  * **UI Crash for API-Created Profiles**: Fixed a UI crash that occurred when opening user profiles created via API where numeric values were included in list-type user properties. Parsing logic has been updated across the product to correctly handle numeric values.

* **Test Event**

  * Playground **Test Event** Mismatch: Fixed an issue where clicking the Test Event button did not open the correct event in the playground on the first attempt.

### ⚡ Feature Enhancements

* **Global Suppression**

  * **Event-type–level user overrides:** Global Suppression now supports overriding event types at the user level. While adding or editing a user in the suppression list, specific globally enabled event types can be selected per user, allowing different suppression behavior for different users using the same list.
  * **Obey global settings option:** Added support for users in the suppression list to follow global suppression settings. When enabled, updates to global event-type configurations are automatically applied while still allowing custom overrides where needed.

* **Approval Requests**

  * **Bulk approve support:** Approvers can now approve multiple requests at once using row-level checkboxes or a Select All option for the current filtered view. A bulk action bar appears with Approve selected as the primary action.
  * Bulk approvals follow the same validation logic and audit logging as individual approvals. In case of partial failures, successful approvals are completed while clear feedback is shown for failed items.

* **Workspace Management**

  * **Expanded Workspace Copy permissions:** Workspace Copy is now available to Workspace Admins and Super Admins, in addition to Owners. Eligible users can copy templates, routes, reusable components, notification events, and workflows between workspaces where they hold the same elevated role.

* **WhatsApp Templates**

  * **Support for mixed button combinations:** WhatsApp templates now support more flexible button combinations as per Meta’s latest guidelines. You can now combine Quick Replies with Call-to-Action or Flow buttons in the same template.
  * This ensures all Meta-supported templates can be created in Fyno without limitations or incorrect validation errors.

### 🛠 Bug Fixes

* **Integrations**

  * **Persistent change log visibility:** Fixed an issue where change logs on the Integrations page disappeared after navigating into and back from an integration. Change logs now remain visible across navigation and page reloads.

* **Templates**

  * **Fixed Create button for conditional templates:** Resolved an issue where the Create button in the conditional template selector (default condition in notification events) did not open the template creation pop-up. The button now works as expected.

* **Workflows**

  * **Fixed template preview text alignment:** Resolved a CSS issue where template previews in the Send Message widget were center-aligned while the editor preview showed correct alignment. Text alignment is now consistent across both views.
  * **Context-aware actions and improved Journey Users table:** The Copy to another workspace option is now hidden when a workflow is disabled, ensuring only valid actions are shown. Alignment issues in the Journey → Users table (including Wait For screens) have also been fixed for improved readability.

* **Campaigns**

  * **Accurate failed message count in Campaign Details banner:** Fixed an issue where the Campaign Details banner always showed 0 failed messages. The banner now correctly reflects the actual number of failed messages.

* **Listings**

  * **Fixed random closing of menus and dialogs after refresh:** Resolved an issue where menus and dialogs on listing pages could close unexpectedly immediately after a page refresh due to unnecessary re-renders. Components are now memoized to ensure stable behavior.

* **Integrations (Windows)**

  * **Fixed excessive scrolling in configuration pop-up:** Resolved a responsiveness issue on Windows where integration configuration pop-ups showed excessive spacing, causing unnecessary scrolling. The layout now adapts correctly for Windows screens.

* **Notifications**

  * **Fixed trigger disablement for unlimited limits:** Resolved an issue where notification and campaign triggers were disabled when the upper limit was unset. An empty limit is now correctly treated as unlimited.

* **User Suppression**

  * **Fixed UI crash caused by race condition:** Resolved an intermittent crash caused by the UI accessing data before it was fully loaded. The screen now handles loading states safely.
