# Interakt WhatsApp Integration

> Learn how to integrate Interakt WhatsApp with Fyno, configure API credentials, enable webhook-based delivery tracking, and monitor message delivery status.

Before we get started, you will need an active WhatsApp number as well as templates pre-configured in your Interakt account

### Find the Provider

Navigate to the Integrations page. Under "WhatsApp" section, click on the "Interakt" button.

### Configure the Integration

In the pop-up that appears, fill in:

* **Custom name:** Provide a name to help you identify the configured account in Fyno's portal.
* **API Key:** In your Interakt Account, under the Developer Setting, you will find the find 'Secret Key'.

### Complete the Integration

Click on "Add Account" once done, and you are all set!

## Message Delivery Status

While Fyno has the capacity to track the notification delivery status, Interakt requires a manual update of the Fyno Callback Endpoint in order to receive these reports. To update the Callback manually follow these steps:

Log into your Interakt Account

From the top right corner, find **Developer Setting** and click on **Configure** under Configure Webhook.

On the page that loads, enter the Callback URL provided in the popup in Webhook URL. Enter the Secret Key. ![](/docs/_fern-img/a38ff8882c18043c0c90eed88199cbb69bd545525fe92a42f64525dead8f3b36.webp)

Under **Template Messages sent via API** and **Template Message sent via Interakt Campaigns**, select all the required options and click Submit.

Test your integration by sending a message from the Fyno App. You will be able to see this in the the logs, when you click on it, under the **[Delivery](./log-details-delivery)** tab.
