2009
College friends Aniketh Jain and Ashish Agarwal founded Solutions Infini (now Kaleyra), setting out to transform the communications space. What began as an ambitious dream quickly turned into a remarkable journey that would one day reach the very heights of the NYSE.
2013
With exceptional leadership and deep expertise, the duo led Kaleyra to dominate the industry for over a decade. Their relentless drive for innovation and excellence paved the way for a new era in enterprise communications.
2020
After decades of disrupting the CPaaS industry, they noticed a persistent challenge: enterprises had little control over their customer communications stack. This insight planted the seed for a new mission.
2022
Fuelled by the desire to solve this problem, Aniketh and Ashish along with Rohit and Ashwin founded Fyno, an intelligent communications hub designed for enterprises to take control of their communications.
2023
We laid the foundation of a team united by a shared mission: to solve the most pressing enterprise communication challenges. Each member brought the expertise, creativity, and passion needed to shape a platform built for scale and compliance.
2024
We onboarded 50+ enterprises with 100% retention, validating the strength of our platform. Focused on BFSI, we delivered compliant communications at scale across India, setting new benchmarks for trust, performance, and operational control.
2025
As adoption grows, Fyno is becoming the most trusted communications hub for BFSI enterprises nationwide. We are expanding our capabilities to power customer communications, ensuring resilience, independence, and future-ready infrastructure for every enterprise.
The founders
In 2009, Ashish, Aniketh, and their team started with a service-oriented mindset, which led them to launch an SMS service in response to a pain point they experienced. They realized that to solve customer problems effectively, they needed control over their technology stack, leading to the creation of their proprietary platform. They initially served a variety of customers, from small to large, and later focused on new-age digital companies.
