Event overview
Fyno’s presence at Global Fintech Fest 2026 was built around four formats: the Fyno stand, the BFSI Podcast Studio, private 1:1 meetings and the BFSI Leaders’ Mixer.
Customer communication in BFSI is changing shape. AI is changing what a message can be, and the leaders we met are working out what that means for how their institutions talk to customers. Over three days, we sat down with the people making those calls.
The Fyno stand
The stand drew a steady stream of visitors across three days, curious about what was happening inside. Most stopped at the reception, spoke to the team and moved on. Behind it sat one meeting room and one podcast room, both booked out in advance for specific conversations with specific people.
The BFSI Podcast Studio
Over three days we recorded 10 episodes with executive directors, CIOs, CTOs and CMOs from banks, NBFCs and insurers.
Every conversation came back to one question:
In the age of AI, what does customer communication need to become?
The answers ranged across strategy, technology, customer experience and the way institutions are organised to deliver it. The series is coming soon.
1:1 meetings with BFSI leaders
Fyno’s leadership team met senior leaders from across the industry in pre-booked one-on-one sessions on the stand.
Key outcomes included:
- Where AI shows up in the way an institution communicates, and how soon
- What leaders now expect from a communication platform, beyond delivery
- How the next decade looks for communication at each institution
Decisions about communication in BFSI are now made at the top of the institution.
BFSI Leaders’ Mixer
The second edition of the BFSI Leaders’ Mixer brought more than 70 senior leaders from India’s banks, NBFCs and insurers together on the evening of 9 September, away from the conference floor.
Live music, good food and no agenda. A space to trade notes with peers solving the same problems, and to build the relationships that carry on long after the badges come off.
Technology enables change in BFSI. People drive it.
Key takeaways
- AI is redefining what a customer conversation in BFSI can be
- Communication has become a leadership question, not only a technology one
- The most valuable conversations at a conference happen in rooms built for them
Fyno is proud to have hosted these conversations at GFF 2026, and to keep them going through the year.
