FYNO Vs QUADIENT/ IN10STECH FOR BFSI
Compose in your CCM. Govern the send in Fyno.
Quadient and In10stech compose your documents. Fyno governs how every message is delivered: routing, consent, DLT and one audit trail, in real time, as a middleware below your CCM.

BFSI institutions that govern delivery with Fyno

A compliant document, delivered wrong, is still a breach
CCM checks composition, doesn’t check consent, reroute a failed vendor, or log the send. Fyno governs all three, downstream of it..

BELOW THE CCM
The layer that governs the send, not the document

REAL-TIME ORCHESTRATION
Event, not batch
Fyno fires on the event, message by message, not the next batch or print run.
MULTI-VENDOR ROUTING
Route and fail over
Dynamic routing across 100+ providers, with automatic failover when a vendor degrades.
NO RIP-AND-REPLACE
Sits below your CCM
Fyno Connect links to core, LMS and CBS. The CCM keeps composing; Fyno governs delivery.
BUILT FOR GOVERNANCE
Consent, DLT and audit at the moment of send

SEND-TIME COMPLIANCE
RBI, TRAI, DPDP enforced
Consent, DLT and DND validated before every send, not at document build.
ONE AUDIT TRAIL
One record per send
Consent, route, vendor and result, timestamped, across every vendor.
IN-APP AUTHENTICATION
App-native OTP
In-app TOTP as an SMS-OTP alternative, aligned to RBI's 2025 authentication directions.

Frequently asked questions
Not for what a CCM does best. Quadient and In10stech compose statements, policy documents and regulated print, and Fyno does not replace that. Fyno is an alternative for the layer around those documents: real-time delivery, multi-vendor routing and failover, consent and DLT enforcement at send, and one audit trail across vendors. If you are looking at a Quadient or In10stech alternative because delivery reliability, consent enforcement, cost or cross-vendor auditability are the problem, Fyno solves those, and it runs below your CCM rather than in place of it.
No. Fyno sits beneath your CCM and your core systems, taking the documents and events they produce and governing how each message is delivered. The CCM keeps composing; Fyno keeps the send compliant and reliable across every vendor. There is no rip-and-replace and no change to your systems of record. A bank keeps its CCM for composition, print and archive, and adds Fyno for routing, failover, consent-at-send and one audit trail across channels.
No, not for complex documents. Detailed statements, policy packs and regulated print are the CCM's job, and Fyno leaves them there. Fyno can generate simpler regulated documents, such as notices and collection letters, inside the communication layer where that is useful, but it does not aim to replace a CCM's composition engine. The division is clean: the CCM composes rich documents; Fyno governs how every communication is delivered, routed and proven.
Each check runs inside the routing decision, before the message leaves the platform. Consent is validated per channel and topic against your consent system before every send, so that a withdrawal is honoured across every vendor within seconds. SMS templates are validated against DLT registration before dispatch, and non-compliant templates are blocked. The RBI split between promotional and transactional traffic, and DND windows, are enforced at the router, not left to the sender.
Every send writes a single immutable record, and all of them live in one place. Each record links the consent that authorised the message, the routing decision, the vendor used and the delivery result, timestamped, so that a regulator's question about a specific message has one answer rather than a reconciliation across vendor portals. Because the same layer sees every vendor, it also reconciles delivery against vendor invoices and traces any dispute end to end.
In everything that happens after the document is composed. A CCM can produce and dispatch, but it does not route dynamically across vendors, fail over automatically when one degrades, enforce consent and DLT at the instant of send, cut cost through least-cost routing and reconciliation, or hold one audit trail across every provider. Fyno adds that real-time governance layer, so that your existing CCM investment stays in place and the delivery, compliance and cost of every message come under one control point.
Yes. Fyno runs event-triggered, multi-step journeys on live LOS and LMS data: a reminder before the due date, an alert on the date, an escalation after, across push, SMS, WhatsApp and voice, with each step conditional on the last. Channel cascade by cost tries the cheapest route that delivers first, priority queues keep a collection alert ahead of bulk campaigns, and consent and DND are enforced on every send, with one audit trail for every attempt.
There is no cutover of the CCM. Fyno is added beneath it, so composition continues unchanged while delivery moves to Fyno in a parallel rollout: integrate against a sandbox, then shift production traffic gradually with your existing setup kept as a backup. Because Fyno standardises the payload across channels and reuses your current vendors, the change needs no rip-and-replace and can roll back at any stage.
