Conversation Logs

Conversation Logs enables you to view all the customer replies received via SMS and WhatsApp.

To enable it,

1Go to Workspace Settings.
2Select Add-Ons.
3Enable the toggle in Conversation Logs.

Once its enabled, you will be able to view all the responses sent by your customers under Logs -> Inbound. You can read about Inbound logs here.
