BSNL
Before we get started, you will need to have an BSNL account already set up, along with SenderID added.
Find the Provider
Navigate to the Integrations page. Under “SMS” section, click on the “BSNL” button.
Configure the Integration
In the pop-up, fill in:
-
Custom name: Provide a name to help you identify the configured account in Fyno’s portal.
-
Username: Enter the User name of your BSNL account.
-
Password: Enter the Password of your BSNL account.
-
Sender: Enter the Sender ID that you want to use.
-
Entity ID: Enter your DLT registered Entity ID.
-
Circle: Enter the region or area code. Example - MH
Message Delivery Status
While Fyno has the capacity to track the notification delivery status, BSNL requires a manual update of the Fyno Callback Endpoint in order to receive these reports.
Share the Callback URL from the integration page with your BSNL account manager to configure it in your BSNL account settings.
After the configuration is done, you can now send a test message from Fyno using BSNL as the Provider and see the delivery logs updated in your Sent logs.
