Cohort Widget within a Workflow | Fyno Documentation

The Cohort widget is used to manage user segmentation within workflows. It allows users to add or remove users from cohorts configured in Mixpanel.

The cohort name configured in the widget must exactly match the cohort name available in Mixpanel.

The widget supports the following actions:

First Run
Added
Removed

These actions help track user movement within cohorts during workflow execution.

Drag and drop the Cohort widget into the workflow and connect it to the required workflow step.

In the Enter Cohort Name field, provide the cohort name.

The entered value should exactly match the cohort name configured in Mixpanel.

Configure the cohort action based on the workflow requirement.

Supported actions include:

Action	Description
First Run	Adds the user to the cohort only during the first workflow execution.
Added	Adds the user to the cohort.
Removed	Removes the user from the cohort.

Save the workflow configuration.

During workflow execution, users will automatically be added or removed from the configured Mixpanel cohort based on the selected action.

The cohort name is case-sensitive and must exactly match the cohort configured in Mixpanel.
