SMS - Sync / Re-sync Templates

Sync your DLT templates into Fyno to keep them up to date with the DLT platform. Syncing lets you:

  • Import templates from the DLT platform.
  • Refresh their approval status.
  • Fetch newly approved or rejected templates.

Sync SMS templates

Open Sync SMS Templates

Navigate to Templates → External → SMS, then click Sync.

Select the DLT integration

In DLT Integration, select the DLT integration to sync the templates from.

Upload the CSV file

Click Upload .CSV File and upload the CSV file you downloaded from the DLT platform.

Upload the file exactly as you downloaded it. Don’t make any changes to it.

Click Sync

All the SMS templates in the CSV file are synced to your Fyno workspace, so Fyno reflects their latest state on the DLT platform.
