Wisely

Before we get started, you will need to have a Wisely account already set up, along with SenderID and Templates.

Find the Provider

Navigate to the Integrations page. Under “RCS” section, click on the “Wisely” button.

Configure the Integration

In the pop-up, fill in:

  • Custom name: Provide a name that would help you identify the configured account in Fyno’s portal.
  • Sender: In your Wisely account, from left nav, go to Channels -> RCS -> My Agents. Fetch the Agent Id and enter here.
  • Access Key: In your Wisely account, from left nav, go to API -> Access Accounts. Click the key icon and get the Access Key, if you already have any existing Accounts or click ‘Create New’.

Complete the Integration

Click on “Add Account” once done, and you are all set!

Message Delivery Status

While Fyno has the capacity to track the notification delivery status, Wisely requires a manual update of the Fyno Callback Endpoint in order to receive these reports. To update the Callback manually follow these steps:

1Copy the Callback URL in the Integrations popup.
2Send the Callback URL to your Wisely account manager to add it in your MSG91 account.
