SMS OneXtel Integration
Before you get started, ensure that you have an active OneXtel account with the required SMS credentials and DLT details configured.
Find the Provider
Navigate to the Integrations page. Under the SMS section, click on the OneXtel provider.
Configure the Integration
In the pop-up, fill in:

Custom Name: Provide a name that helps you identify the configured OneXtel account within Fyno.

API Key: Enter the API key generated from your OneXtel account. This key is used to authenticate SMS requests sent through Fyno.

Sender/Header: Enter the Sender ID (Header) approved for your OneXtel account. This Sender ID will be used when sending SMS notifications.

Entity ID: Enter the DLT-registered Entity ID associated with your organization.

Delivery Callback URL: Copy the callback URL displayed in Fyno and configure it in your OneXtel account. This allows Fyno to receive delivery reports and update message statuses.
Note: Configure this URL in OneXtel to enable Fyno to receive delivery reports.
Message Delivery Status
To receive SMS delivery updates within Fyno, the Delivery Callback URL configured in the integration must also be set up in your OneXtel account.
Once the callback configuration is complete, delivery events shared by OneXtel will be displayed in the logs. You can view detailed delivery information by opening the respective notification and navigating to the Delivery tab.
Important: Ensure that the callback URL configured in OneXtel matches the URL provided in Fyno. Incorrect callback configurations may prevent delivery statuses from being updated in the platform.
