Sinch.io

Before we get started, you will need to have a Sinch account already set up, along with SenderID and Templates.

Find the Provider

Navigate to the Integrations page. Under “SMS” section and click on the “Sinch” button.

Configure the Integration

In the pop-up, fill in:

  • Custom name: Provide a name that would help you identify the configured account in Fyno’s portal.

  • Route Type: Select the type of route based on the configuration added in Sinch application. You have 2 options - OTP and Transaction.

  • Application Id: Login into your Sinch portal. Go to profile icon in the top right corner and click Access Keys option. You will find all the Application Id (Project Ids) there.

  • subappid: Login into your Sinch portal. Go to profile icon in the top right corner and click Access Keys option. You will find all the Sub application ids (subproject ids) there.

  • UserId: Enter the user id.

Complete the Integration

Click on “Add Account” once done, and you are all set!

Message Delivery Status

Sinch, by default, provides the status of the message without any additional setup needed.

Once the above integration is complete, the status of the notification, which will be shared by Sinch will be displayed in the logs, when you click on it, under the Delivery tab.
