26.1.4

Enhanced external templates, workflow flexibility, and provider integration setup. Improved analytics usability and delivered multiple fixes for better workflow reliability and UI consistency.

⚡ Feature Enhancements

  • WhatsApp External Templates

    • Mixed Button Support: Template validation and the builder are now aligned with Meta’s latest mixed button capabilities. You can combine Custom Quick Replies with Call-to-Action and Flow buttons in a single template wherever supported. Contextual limit guidance (for example, Flow button maximum) is now shown, and earlier either/or restrictions have been removed.
Note: Existing templates continue to work without changes unless edited.
    • Utility templates – Button support: The Copy coupon code button option has been removed to align with supported use cases.
    • Synced templates – Cleaner layout: The Buttons section is now hidden when no buttons are present.
    • Synced templates – Header display: Header types now display correctly.
    • Form action label update: “Reset form” has been renamed to “Clear form” to reflect the actual behavior.
    • Send for approval – Improved validation messaging: Clear guidance is now shown for valid and draft languages.
    • Draft language management: You can now delete draft versions of individual languages. Deleted drafts return to the default state.
    • Dynamic URL Field: Fixed dynamic URL inconsistencies. Variables are no longer auto-inserted into the Website URL field when the corresponding language is not selected. Validation now runs immediately on save, and the dynamic state remains consistent throughout the experience.
  • Workflows

    • “Wait For” in Webhook-Triggered Flows: Workflows using a webhook trigger now support a Wait For action. This action can be used to add a delay prior to or after the execution of any step in the workflow.
  • Analytics – UX and Clarity Improvements

    • Smarter pagination: Pagination is hidden when tables contain fewer than five records.
    • Predictable chart zoom behavior: Charts now provide a clear way to reset the view (or disable zoom where reset is not available).
    • Consistent undelivered status color: A single visual standard is used across charts, legends, and tooltips.
    • Clearer tooltips: Generic labels have been replaced with meaningful, metric-based descriptions and percentages for better context.
    • Contextual delivery insights: Channel tooltips now explain what the data represents, helping you interpret delivery behavior more easily.

🛠 Bug Fixes

  • Workflows – HTTP Step Detection
    • Steps now correctly identify when they directly follow an HTTP step, ensuring response data is available only when there is a true direct connection.
    • Workflow behavior remains reliable even after steps are removed, re-added, or arranged in different paths.
    • Improved reliability of data mapping between connected steps.
