26.3.7

This release flags campaign records with missing placeholder values before you send, and surfaces WhatsApp service message counts in Cost Analytics following the 1 October pricing change.

Fyno Connect gains alerting for partial Content API failures, cohort duplication and a pre-selected default allowlist endpoint, and Journeys has been folded into Workflows in the Alarms filter, alongside fixes to the Report Extraction date picker on Windows, date rendering in Workflow Logs, older events missing from the Campaigns selector, the logs filter loader, and campaign reruns.

🚀 New features

Incomplete campaign records

Campaign creation now flags uploaded records with empty placeholder values and shows the count, so you can see what would go out missing information. Download them as a CSV to review or correct. This is informational and does not block you from creating or running the campaign.

Cost Analytics: WhatsApp service message counts

Changed behavior

Following WhatsApp’s pricing change on 1 October 2026, service messages are no longer free once the allowance is exhausted. Each business phone number gets 1,000 free delivered service messages per calendar month, after which they are charged at the utility rate for the recipient’s market. Unused allowance does not roll over.

The WhatsApp Cost Analytics card now shows a Service Messages count so you can see how many you have sent and how they contribute to your costs. The count also appears in the expanded country breakdown, which keeps its existing ordering.

Three improvements to Fyno Connect:

  • A Content API call that fails partially now raises an alert instead of passing unnoticed, so a partial failure surfaces while you can still act on it.
  • Duplicate an existing cohort rather than rebuilding it from scratch, which is quicker when you need a variant of one you already have.
  • The default allowlist endpoint is pre-selected, so you no longer have to choose it each time when it is the one you want.

The Alarms filter no longer lists Journeys as a separate module type. Journeys are workflows, so having both was redundant and made it unclear which to pick.

Select Workflows to filter alarms for both workflows and journeys. Existing alarms are unaffected.

🛠 Bug fixes

AreaFix
Report ExtractionOn Windows, the date range picker ran past the bottom of the screen and the OK button sat behind the taskbar, so a range could not be confirmed. The picker now fits the viewport at any screen size and the OK button stays reachable.
Workflow LogsCapture Node timestamps displayed inconsistently because some carried timezone information and others did not. All date fields now use the same format with timezone information, so times read correctly across Workflow Logs.
Workflow LogsDates and metrics were not rendering as expected where a value was unavailable. Workflow Logs now show a fallback in those cases, and valid values display as before.
CampaignsThe event selector loaded only the live notification events created or modified in the recent past, so older ones could not be picked. All live events are now available in the selector.
CampaignsRerunning a campaign showed no progress, leaving you unable to tell whether it was running. A rerun now reports progress the same way the original run does.
LogsChanging a filter gave no feedback while results were fetched. A loading indicator now appears until the filtered list is ready.
