26.4.1
This release adds Direct Send message types to WhatsApp templates, so you can send utility and authentication messages without waiting for Meta to approve a template first, and an AI Magic Match widget to Workflows that works out what someone means instead of looking for exact wording.
The Real-time Dashboard now shows active alarms alongside live traffic, with a channel breakdown and sorting on every status column. Templates with Quick Reply buttons can hold on to the notification event payload for incoming workflows, Do Not Disturb warnings appear where you send from and say what happens to each channel, and card views have been tidied so only the things you can click look clickable, alongside fixes to a wrong confirmation message on the Allowlist, long names breaking a panel layout, and chart hover skipping minutes.
🚀 New features
⚡ Enhancements
Real-time dashboard: Active alarms, channel breakdown and sorting
Four additions to the Real-time Dashboard:
- Active Alarms shows the alarms that occurred in the window you are viewing, so you can see what went wrong next to the traffic it affected.
- Expand the All row to see counts split by channel.
- Sort any status column by count, percentage, or change since yesterday.
- Show or hide status columns, and open on the Analytics Labels view if your workspace uses labels.
Templates: Keep the notification event payload for incoming workflows
When a template has Quick Reply buttons, you can now tick Store the notification event payload so you can use it in incoming workflows and set how long to keep it for.
When someone taps a button and their reply starts an incoming workflow, the stored payload comes with it, so the workflow can use details from the original notification rather than just what the button sent back.
DND: Warnings where you send from
Do Not Disturb hours are now flagged in the playground and across campaigns, rather than only in settings, and the warning tells you what happens to each channel. Group settings replace the workspace ones where they are set.
The distinct ID message for subscription topics is now shown as information rather than a warning.
Card views: Only clickable things look clickable
Across Templates, Routes, Notification Events, Workflows, Cohorts and Components:
- Live and test indicators now sit inside a shaded chip, in both card and list views, so they no longer look like buttons.
- The actions menu is always visible, rather than appearing only when you hover.
- Channel icons on Templates, and trigger icons on Workflows, are lighter so they read as labels rather than buttons.
- On Workflows, the journey user count moved to the left and the analytics icon to the right.
- On Cohorts, the last updated text is now aligned and the same size as the rest of the card.
