🛠 Bug Fixes

  • Improved Template Grouping and Category Selection Logic:

    • We’ve refined how external WhatsApp (WA) templates are managed to better handle multi-language scenarios:

    • Template Grouping:

      • Templates are still grouped by name.
      • Previously, templates with the same name but different languages and categories were grouped together without distinction. This behavior remains, but category handling has been improved.
    • Smart Category Selection:

      • If all existing language variants under a template name share the same category, that category will now be auto-selected by default when adding a new language.
    • Category Conflict Handling:

      • If language variants under the same template name have different categories, the system will now prompt the user with a category selection pop-up each time a new language is added.
  • Cohort Listing Fixes:

    • Removed Invalid Column: The “Version” column has been removed from the Cohort listing in list layout, as it was not applicable.
    • Improved Responsiveness: Fixed an issue where the “Layout Change” button would disappear on smaller screens. The button is now consistently accessible across all screen sizes.
  • Run Test Button State for Templates:

    • Fixed an issue where the “Run Test” button remained disabled even when there were no pending changes.
    • The button now correctly reflects the current state and is enabled when applicable.
  • Improved Validation for Custom Name Field:

    • We’ve improved form validation when creating integrations.

    • Real-time Input Validation:

      • Users now get immediate feedback when entering invalid or incomplete values in any field.
      • Helps catch errors early, reducing failed submissions.
    • Scoped Validation Logic:

      • Validation is applied only to relevant integration types, ensuring flexibility where validation is not applicable.
    • Better Form Experience:

      • Prevents unnecessary trial-and-error by surfacing issues before submission.
      • Makes the configuration process smoother and more intuitive.
  • Allowlist Endpoint Selection for Campaigns:

    • Fixed an issue where the “Send data to my allowlisted endpoint(s)” option was automatically enabled on save, even when users had explicitly turned it off.
    • The checkbox state is now accurately preserved based on the user’s selection.
  • Marketing Opt-Out Button Visibility:

    • Fixed an issue where the Marketing Opt-Out CTA was not visible in the dropdown when editing existing WhatsApp templates.
    • The CTA is now consistently available both when creating and editing templates, ensuring users can manage opt-out options at any time.
  • Resolved Report Download Issue:

    • Fixed a bug where inbound logs report downloads were producing empty CSV files.
  • Prevent Unintended Updates for Duplicate Template Names:

    • Fixed an issue where uploading a DLT template with a name that already exists would update the wrong template if two templates share the same name.
    • The system now correctly allows insertion of multiple templates with the same name without overwriting existing ones.
    • Ensures that template uniqueness in Fyno does not conflict with DLT requirements, preventing data loss or unintended updates.
