Analytics – Notification Lifecycle Flow Chart
- Added a Notification Lifecycle Flow Chart across Analytics pages to help users better understand notification status progression and channel-specific engagement metrics.
- The flow chart illustrates the complete notification lifecycle, including Requested, Attempted, Sent, Delivered, Failed, Dropped, Timeout, Undelivered, No DLR, and Error statuses.

Logs – Timestamp Validation
- Fixed an issue where the Timestamp input field was incorrectly highlighted when selecting a custom timestamp or navigating to the Logs page from another page.
- The timestamp field now validates correctly, providing a smoother log filtering experience.
Logs – Template Test Destination Display
- Fixed an issue where destination details were not displayed correctly in the Logs Summary when testing templates with multiple comma-separated destinations.
- The tooltip associated with the +1 destination chip now correctly displays all configured destinations, providing complete recipient visibility during template testing.
Sent Logs – Email Test Log Access
- Fixed an issue where opening email test logs from Sent Logs resulted in a 404 (Not Found) error.
- Users can now successfully view test log details for email notifications, making it easier to validate templates, inspect notification details, and troubleshoot issues before sending live notifications.
DLT Templates – Variable Validation
- Fixed an issue where DLT template creation failed with an “smsg is not a valid param” error when templates contained newline characters.
