26.2.8
This release expands workspace-wide visibility and notification cost analytics, adds spreadsheet integrations for workflows, and enhances campaign monitoring, analytics, Magic Query, and WhatsApp template management for a smoother experience.
We’ve also addressed issues across campaign execution and data handling, Go Live navigation, Users and Preferences, test runs, and WhatsApp external templates to improve usability, accuracy, and overall platform reliability.
🚀 New Features
Dashboard – One View Across All Workspaces
- Users managing multiple workspaces can now view notification performance in a single place.
- Select All Workspaces from the workspace switcher to view an aggregated dashboard with consolidated metrics such as Events Fired, Requested, Sent, Delivery Rate, and SMS credits used.
- Apply time range and Live/Test filters across all workspaces and use Show by workspace to view a workspace-level breakdown.
Cost Analytics – Track Notification Costs by Channel and Provider
- The dashboard now provides channel- and provider-wise notification counts as the first phase of cost analytics.
- For SMS, we display the credit based counts and for Email, you can view provider-wise sent and delivered counts.
- For WhatsApp, you can view delivered counts for Marketing, Utility, and Authentication messages.
Workflows – Write Data Directly to Spreadsheets
- Workflows now include a Spreadsheet widget that lets you write workflow data directly to Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- You can select the target spreadsheet and worksheet, map workflow variables to spreadsheet columns, and append new rows to existing spreadsheets.
- The widget also provides validation and error handling for spreadsheet write operations within the workflow.
⚡ Feature Enhancements
Campaigns – More Accurate Progress Tracking
- The campaign progress banner now accurately reflects the campaign’s current execution status.
- This ensures it consistently displays the latest state of a running campaign.
Magic Query – Ask in Plain English, Get the Query
- Magic Query has been expanded to support natural-language queries across SQL and MongoDB databases.
- You can generate single-table SQL queries from natural-language prompts, create multi-table SQL queries using JOINs, and generate MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
- You can preview query results, refine or edit generated queries, and use the Explain option to understand what a generated query does in plain English.
- You can also save results as cohorts or create campaigns directly from the results and access query history for each database connection.
WhatsApp External Templates – Easier Cloning
- When duplicating a WhatsApp External Template, you can now add and edit the template name.
- The name is pre-populated with the original template name, making it easier to create multiple versions of a template.
- The Cloning option for External Templates has also been renamed to Clone to distinguish it from the duplicate-and-edit flow available for drafts.
Analytics – More Ways to View Your Data in Dashboard, Notification Event, Campaign, Workflow
- Campaign Analytics now provides additional ways to view and understand campaign performance.
- Counts have been added to the Events Fired chart, while table views are now available for Channel Engagement, Event Analytics, and Campaign Analytics.
- Chart controls have also been updated to make it easier to switch between number/percentage views and chart/table views.
🛠 Bug Fixes
Test Runs – Loader Gets Stuck
- Fixed an issue where the test loader could get stuck during execution, preventing the test run from progressing as expected.
Go Live – Search Bar Text Cut Off
- Fixed an issue where excessive padding in the Go Live search bar caused the placeholder text to be truncated.
- The complete search text is now visible across all Go Live tabs.
Campaigns – Placeholders No Longer Editable
- Event-based placeholders in campaigns are now disabled and cannot be edited.
- The background color has also been removed from campaign accordions for a cleaner interface.
Users – Empty State Improvements
- Fixed an issue where table headers and pagination were displayed when the Users list was empty. The same issue was also fixed in Preferences → User List.
- The illustration shown when no data is available in Preferences → User List has also been resized for a better user experience.
WhatsApp External Templates – Preview Variables
- Removed the $ symbol from WhatsApp External Template preview variables.
- Placeholders now appear as {{1}} and {{2}} instead of {{2}}.
WhatsApp External Templates – Improved Rename Experience
- Renaming a WhatsApp external template is now more seamless.
- If you try to rename a template using a name that already exists, the rename dialog remains open and displays the validation error, allowing you to correct the name and try again without reopening the dialog.
Campaigns – Improved Date Handling for Excel Uploads
- Campaigns now preserve date values from uploaded Excel (.xlsx) files in a readable format instead of converting them to Excel serial numbers.
- Sample data extracted from uploaded files is also formatted correctly before being displayed in the campaign preview.
- This makes it easier to verify recipient data, mapped fields, and personalized content before launching a campaign.
