26.2.7

This release improves template creation and management across channels, enhances campaign monitoring with more detailed analytics and reporting, and delivers performance improvements for placeholders to provide a smoother authoring experience.

We’ve also addressed issues across In-App SDK, Connect authentication, Omni Channel routing, WhatsApp Flows, Go Live navigation, Users and Preferences, and WhatsApp template previews to improve overall platform reliability.

⚡ Feature Enhancements

Template Builder and Management Improvements

  • Creating and managing templates is now more flexible across channels. You can reorder Call-to-Action (CTA) and Quick Reply buttons in Meta templates to better highlight important actions.
  • We’ve also refined the RCS Template Builder with clearer labels, improved carousel card naming, and a cleaner layout.
  • Additionally, non-synced WhatsApp templates now display richer template information, making them easier to review and manage.

Faster Placeholder Experience

  • Placeholder lists now load faster and provide smoother scrolling, even in workspaces with a large number of placeholders.
  • Searching, browsing, and selecting placeholders is now quicker and more responsive, improving the overall authoring experience.

Enhanced Campaign Monitoring and Analytics

  • We’ve improved campaign visibility and reporting to help you monitor delivery performance more effectively.
  • Campaign Details and Analytics pages now include a Failed Notifications banner with options to view error details and download failed records.
  • We’ve also improved the accuracy of Total, Failed, and Duplicate campaign counts, updated throttling status indicators, and added the ability to sort expanded analytics by Delivery %.
  • In addition, the expanded Delivery Rate table now includes a collapsible Not Sent column that groups Error, Failed, Dropped, and Timeout statuses while allowing you to expand the view for a detailed breakdown.

🛠 Bug Fixes

In-App SDK Improvements

  • Fixed an issue where buttons in In-App SDK notifications did not open their configured URLs.
  • Notification buttons now navigate users to the correct destination as expected.

Omni Channel Route Creation

  • Fixed an issue where an empty error message was displayed after creating an Omni Channel route from the Notification Events page.
  • Route creation now completes successfully without displaying the incorrect notification.

Connect Authentication

  • Resolved an issue that prevented Single Sign-On (SSO) from working in Connect.
  • SSO authentication now functions correctly while existing login methods continue to work as expected.

Go Live Navigation

  • Fixed an issue where tabs were hidden on the Go Live page when no data was available.
  • Tabs now remain visible, providing a consistent navigation experience even in empty states.

WhatsApp Flow Template Configuration

  • Fixed an issue where WhatsApp Flow templates generated an incorrect configuration, preventing flows from running correctly.
  • Templates now save the correct configuration, allowing WhatsApp Flows to execute as expected.

Users and Preferences

  • Fixed an issue where the Users and Preferences > User List empty states displayed table headers and pagination even when no data was available.
  • The empty state illustration in Preferences > User List has also been resized for a cleaner layout.

WhatsApp External Template Preview

  • Variable placeholders in the WhatsApp External Template preview now display without the $ prefix.
  • Placeholders are shown as {{1}}, {{2}}, and so on, instead of {{$1}}, {{$2}}, matching the expected template format.
