26.3.5
This release brings the full notification route into Log Details, adds the ability to reveal masked data while troubleshooting, introduces a typing indicator widget for incoming WhatsApp workflows, and brings cohort-based previews to campaign configuration.
We’ve also added change logs for team member activity, reworked chart view selection across Dashboard, Event and Campaign Analytics, carried log filters through to report downloads, expanded cost analytics filtering and country-level visibility, and standardized campaign counts and terminology, while resolving issues across SAML sign-in, route deletion, omni-channel route loading, WhatsApp test log previews, and campaign analytics date ranges.
🚀 New features
Log Details now shows the full path a notification took across channels and providers. A message that failed with one provider and then succeeded with another no longer appears as a single outcome — switch between steps to see the trace, response and delivery details for each.
With Data Masking enabled, use Reveal Masked Details to unmask values while you troubleshoot, then Mask Sensitive Details to hide them again. Available on all logs pages and in the Log Details panel.
Show the recipient that a reply is being prepared. The indicator is sent in the context of the message they sent, so it appears within the conversation. Incoming workflows only, on Meta, Meta Direct or Meta Direct Plus numbers.
The Campaign Configuration page now previews your message using real data from the selected cohort, covering the first 10 rows. Test sends replace placeholders with your test values rather than cohort data.
Team settings now record member activity — when a member is invited, when a role is changed, and when an add-on policy is added or removed.
⚡ Enhancements
Combined chart heading and filter — Analytics
Chart headings and their filters are now a single dropdown across the Dashboard, Event Analytics and Campaign Analytics pages. Each option carries the complete chart title — WhatsApp Delivery Status rather than a Delivery Status heading with a separate WhatsApp filter — so the heading no longer changes when you select a filter.
Applies to the Delivery Status, Provider Performance, Delivery Rate, Provider Latency and Activity Trend charts, and to the expanded SMS Credits, WhatsApp Delivered, Email and RCS Delivered cards. Workspace Delivery Rates is now available as a Delivery Rate option on the Central Dashboard, and onboarding tooltips highlight the new interaction.
Filters applied to report downloads — Logs
Filters applied on the Logs page now carry through to the Download Report dialog, so the report matches the view you were looking at. Applied filters appear under Optional Additional Filters with a count of how many are active, and can be changed before downloading.
You can filter by Status, Analytics Label, Group, Template, Notification Event, Campaign, Channel, Provider, Integration, Destination and Distinct ID. Destination and Distinct ID accept multiple comma-separated values.
Standardized counts and file details terminology — Campaigns
The Campaigns listing page now shows Total, Valid, Invalid and Duplicate counts. Channel-wise counts have moved to Campaign Analytics.
Total/Base counts have been added to the Campaign Details page, and channel-wise recipient counts now appear in Campaign Analytics — headed Total Recipients when duplicates are enabled, and Recipients when duplicates are excluded, which is the default. Large counts use compact formatting (K, L, Cr), with the exact value on hover.
File details now use the same terminology immediately after upload as on the Campaign Details page.
Unformatted destination for dropped messages — Logs
Mobile numbers are no longer formatted on the Logs page when a message is dropped because the destination is invalid.
The number is displayed exactly as supplied, so you can identify the value that caused the failure. Applies to SMS, WhatsApp, RCS and Voice. Formatting is unchanged for all other scenarios.
Complete country breakdown — Cost Analytics
Country breakdowns in the Cost Analytics drawer now list individual countries instead of grouping them under Others. The top 10 are shown by default; expand the table to reveal the rest, and collapse it again when you’re done. The existing country ranking is preserved.
Available for Providers, Integrations, Analytics Labels and Groups, across both SMS and WhatsApp.
Filters for SMS, WhatsApp and Email — Cost Analytics
The SMS, WhatsApp and Email cost analytics detail views can now be filtered by Providers, Integrations, Analytics Labels and Groups, with counts updating to match your selection.
Clearer Provider Latency tooltips — Dashboard
Provider Latency tooltips now describe what each bucket measures instead of using generic labels. For Accepted notifications the tooltip reads as provider response time (Provider response < 1 second); for Delivered notifications it reads as time to deliver (Delivered in < 1 second). Buckets remain < 1 second, 1–5 seconds and > 5 seconds, each with its count and percentage.
Feedback ID for email — Templates
The email override section in templates now includes an optional Feedback ID field, alongside From Name, From Email, Reply To, Cc and Bcc.
Search and improved editing — Analytics Labels
Analytics labels can now be searched and edited from the label list. The Add button stays fixed as you scroll, the list scrolls to a newly added label, and field labels are hidden once a value is entered.
Clearer template selection sub-text — Notification Events
The sub-text in the Template Selection section now reads “Use a single template or use multiple templates conditionally”, making it clear that you can pick one template or configure several based on conditions.
Standardized date pickers — Platform
Date picker behavior and appearance are now consistent across the platform, and disabled dates are more prominent in light mode.
Updated product videos — Onboarding
Refreshed the product videos used in the onboarding experience.
